Bio
Thanos Tsilis was born in Athens on June 14th, 1977.
He studied graphic arts, but what he really wanted to do was to draw! 18 months later, having finished serving in the Greek army (an unfortunate obligation for all Greek citizens), he decided to expand his studies, only this time it was Illustration and Animation.
Three years later he began working at the "Time Lapse Pictures" studio on various animation productions and movies, such us "Rugrats Go Wild" and "The Jester Till". At the same time he illustrated covers for a greek comic magazine called "9". He went on making comics for a martial arts magazine and illustrations for books.
In 2005 he moved from Athens to Thessaloniki to work full time as a game artist for Total Eclipse Games on various computer entertainment production till the end of 2007.
He now works as a free lance illustrator in Athens Greece.
